According to the British financial magazine FT, the cryptocurrency exchange Bullish, supported by renowned venture capitalist Peter Thiel, has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States. Sources revealed that the company submitted its application documents confidentially to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on the 11th. However, the valuation has not been disclosed. The surge in investment demand for cryptocurrency-related companies is attributed to the industry-friendly policies of the Trump administration, which promised deregulation for cryptocurrencies and rolled back crackdowns under the Biden administration. Following the regulatory easing, there has been a noticeable rush of IPOs among cryptocurrency companies.
