Exploring the Acquisition of Nexon

Chinese internet service giant Tencent (Tencent Holdings) is considering a transaction, including the acquisition of major game developer Nexon (NEXON), as reported by Bloomberg on the 12th, citing multiple sources.

The reason for exploring this transaction is to strengthen Tencent's gaming business. Currently, Tencent is in talks with the family of the late Kim Jung-ju, co-founder of Nexon, to discuss the possibilities of such transactions.
