Purchases Additional 16.8 Billion Yen Worth of Bitcoin

On June 16, MetaPlanet Co., Ltd. announced the purchase of an additional 1,112 BTC as part of its Bitcoin treasury strategy. The average purchase price was 15,182,668 yen per BTC, totaling 16.883 billion yen. This recent acquisition brings the company's total Bitcoin holdings to over 10,000 BTC, with an average purchase price of 13,915,230 yen per BTC and a total acquisition cost of approximately 139.152 billion yen. MetaPlanet has positioned Bitcoin as a core component of its financial reserves, aiming to maximize shareholder value through innovative equity and debt financing strategies.
