Nakamoto and KindlyMD Complete Additional ¥7.5 Billion Fundraising to Strengthen Bitcoin Strategy

Nasdaq-listed healthcare company KindlyMD (Ticker: NAKA) and Nakamoto Holdings announced on the 20th that they have completed an additional private placement of $51.5 million (approximately ¥7.5 billion). This fundraising was achieved within 72 hours and was conducted to support the construction of a Bitcoin (BTC) financial strategy. With this capital increase, KindlyMD's total amount raised through private placements has reached approximately $563 million, and including convertible bonds, about $763 million. The funds raised through common stock, priced at $5 per share, are intended to be used for Bitcoin purchases and working capital.
