U.S. BTC Mining Firm Bit Digital Fully Shifts to Ethereum Strategy

From BTC to ETH Transition

On the 25th, the publicly listed cryptocurrency company Bit Digital announced its complete withdrawal from Bitcoin mining operations, pivoting to a specialized Ethereum (ETH) staking and treasury management company. The company has initiated a public offering of its stock, committing the entirety of the raised funds to the purchase of Ethereum. Established in 2015, Bit Digital held 24,434.2 Ethereum and 417.6 Bitcoin as of the end of March. The company plans to gradually convert its Bitcoin holdings into Ethereum, solidifying its position as a pure Ethereum investment entity.
