Achieves 1.4 Billion Yen in Funding Within One Year of Founding

BACKSEAT Inc., a domestic Web3-related company headquartered in Chiyoda, Tokyo, with Masayasu Hayashi as CEO, announced on June 30 that it has completed fundraising through a third-party allotment capital increase. Spiral Capital and Headline Asia participated as co-lead investors, and East Ventures as a follow-on investor, bringing the total funds raised since its founding to approximately 1.4 billion yen.
