Additional Bitcoin Purchases Planned

American Bitcoin, a Bitcoin mining company supported by Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., sons of former U.S. President Donald Trump, has completed a fundraising of $220 million (approximately 32 billion yen). According to documents filed by Hut 8, over 11 million shares were issued and sold to private investors last Friday. Of the funds raised, shares worth approximately $10 million were sold in Bitcoin rather than dollars, at an exchange rate of $104,000 per Bitcoin. After deducting fees, the net proceeds amounted to approximately $215 million. The company plans to use the raised funds to achieve its strategic Bitcoin accumulation goals...
