Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Strategy Corp for Underestimating Bitcoin Holding Risks

The Pomerantz Law Firm, based in New York, announced on the 2nd that it has filed a class action lawsuit against Strategy Corp and some of its executives, known for their financial strategies involving the cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC).

The lawsuit was filed in the Eastern District Court of Virginia, representing investors of Strategy Corp from April 30, 2024, to April 4, 2025.

The plaintiffs claim that Strategy Corp overestimated the profitability of its Bitcoin investment strategies and financial operations, while underestimating risks such as Bitcoin's volatility (price fluctuations).
