Ondo Finance Enters Tokenized Securities Market with Acquisition of SEC-Registered Oasis Pro

Accelerating RWA Tokenization

On July 4th, cryptocurrency platform Ondo Finance announced the acquisition of US-based regulatory-compliant fintech company Oasis Pro. This acquisition will enable Ondo Finance to obtain comprehensive licenses as an SEC-registered broker-dealer, an Alternative Trading System (ATS), and a Transfer Agent (TA). CEO Nathan Allman stated, 'This acquisition marks the beginning of the next significant chapter in tokenized finance.' The purchase price remains undisclosed, pending regulatory approval.
