The 25th series of new share warrants will involve the potential issuance of 55 million shares, representing a dilution rate of 39.9%, with EVO FUND (a fund registered in the Cayman Islands) as the allottee. The initial exercise price is set at 575 yen, and it will be adjusted every three trading days to 100% of the average closing price of the previous three trading days.
