The cryptocurrency project backed by President Donald Trump and his family, 'World Liberty Financial,' has seen its governance token holders approve the unlocking of the WLFI token. The proposal submitted by the WLFI team on July 9 was passed with 99.94% support on July 17, making the token tradable.

This approval opens the path for price discovery of the token. World Liberty had been selling the WLFI token in two phases at $0.015 and $0.05. Initially non-transferable, holders were granted voting rights in protocol decisions and access rights to President Trump...
