Bit Digital Listed in the US Expands Ethereum Holdings to 120,000 ETH

Significant Expansion of ETH Holdings

Bit Digital, a cryptocurrency mining company listed on the US NASDAQ, announced on the 18th that it purchased an additional 19,683 Ethereum (ETH) using the net proceeds of $67.3 million from a fundraising aimed at institutional investors. The company's total Ethereum holdings now stand at 120,306 ETH, equivalent to approximately 63 billion yen at current prices.

With this acquisition, the company has become one of the world's largest Ethereum holders among listed companies, following SharpLink Gaming with 353,000 ETH and BitMine Immersion with 300,657 ETH. The competition for Ethereum accumulation among institutional investors is intensifying.
