On July 24, NOT A HOTEL Inc. announced the launch of 'NOT A GARAGE', a new service that allows for fractional ownership of various mobility options such as jets, helicopters, and cruisers. As the first initiative, sales of the catamaran 'SUNREEF 80 POWER NOT A GARAGE EDITION', a dual-hulled boat known for its stability and marking its debut in Japan, began in July with prices starting from 33 million yen. 'NOT A GARAGE' enables the use of multiple mobility options across land, air, and sea with the purchase of just one mobility asset, catering to lifestyle needs for occasional to frequent use throughout the year.
