Christie's International Real Estate, a leading luxury real estate brokerage in the United States, has launched a specialized division to facilitate the purchase of real estate using digital assets (cryptocurrencies), as reported by The New York Times on the 24th. To enable buyers and sellers to conduct transactions solely through digital payments without the intermediation of banks, the company has set up a specialized team consisting of lawyers, analysts, and cryptocurrency experts. This marks a pioneering move by a major real estate firm.
