Bakkt Holdings (NYSE: BKKT), a cryptocurrency platform operator, announced on the 29th that it has raised approximately $75 million through a public stock offering. The offering is expected to be completed around July 30th, with Clear Street LLC and Cohen & Company Capital Markets acting as joint lead underwriters.
