U.S. SEC’s Cryptocurrency Task Force to Host Roundtables in 10 Cities Nationwide

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced on the 1st that the Cryptocurrency Task Force, led by Commissioner Hester Peirce, will be hosting roundtables in various cities across the nation. Starting in Berkeley on August 4th, the tour is scheduled to visit 10 cities, concluding in Ann Arbor on December 5th. Commissioner Peirce stated, 'We want to hear from those who were unable to attend the roundtable held in Washington D.C. this spring.' She emphasized the importance of engaging with representatives from small-scale cryptocurrency-related projects, particularly those with fewer than 10 employees and less than two years of establishment.
