DeFi Education Fund Proposes Four Key Principles to the U.S. Senate for the Clarity Act

On the first of the month, the U.S. cryptocurrency industry group, DeFi Education Fund, released its opinions on the 'Responsible Financial Innovation Act' and the regulatory framework for digital assets. The Senate Banking Committee has been discussing the draft of the 'Responsible Financial Innovation Act', a market structure bill that aims to establish a regulatory framework for cryptocurrencies in the United States, and has been seeking feedback from various stakeholders. The opinion paper was a response to this call and was co-signed by industry organizations such as a16z Crypto, Jump Crypto, Paradigm, Multicoin Capital, Solana Policy Institute, and the Uniswap Foundation, among others.
