SharpLink Gaming to Expand Ethereum Holdings with $200 Million Fundraising

SharpLink Gaming (NASDAQ: SBET) announced on August 7th that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement with four institutional investors. Through an At-The-Market (ATM) offering priced at $19.50 per share, the company has raised approximately $200 million, with the transaction expected to be completed around August 8th.

A.G.P./Alliance Global Partners served as the lead underwriter, with Société Générale as the co-underwriter, and Cantor participating as the financial advisor. The strong interest from institutional investors indicates a continued influx of substantial funds into the ETH market.
