Bitcoin Market Faces Indecision After Hitting Record Highs, According to Glassnode Analysis

Liquidity Deteriorates

Blockchain analytics firm Glassnode, on the 6th, analyzed in its weekly market report on the cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC) that the market is currently in an adjustment phase after reaching all-time highs.

In mid-July, Bitcoin reached an all-time high of $122,838 (approximately 18 million yen), but by July 31, it had fallen to about $112,000 (approximately 16.48 million yen). This decline caused BTC prices to fall below the critical support line of $116,000 (approximately 17 million yen), entering a liquidity-sparse area referred to by Glassnode as an 'air gap'.
