MetaPlanet Announces Earnings, Substantial Profit Growth Centered on Bitcoin Treasury Operations

MetaPlanet Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard: 3350) today announced its consolidated financial results for the second quarter of 2025, which clearly demonstrate the success of its financial strategy as a Bitcoin treasury company.

Revenue increased by 41% year-over-year to approximately 1.2 billion yen, and operating profit rose by 38% to about 800 million yen.

In terms of revenue composition, the Bitcoin income business (put option selling strategy) accounted for 1.904 billion yen (91.2%), significantly surpassing the previous core businesses of hotels and media, which accounted for 212 million yen (8.8%). This marks the establishment of the Bitcoin business as the new core operation.
