The Financial Times reported on the 15th that American Bitcoin, a US cryptocurrency mining company supported by Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, is considering the acquisition of companies in Asia. The company is targeting listed companies in Japan and is also considering companies in Hong Kong. The purpose of the acquisition is to accumulate a significant amount of Bitcoin in corporate finance, emulating the Bitcoin strategy of Michael Saylor of MicroStrategy. According to insiders, American Bitcoin has already established its own 'strategic' Bitcoin reserves and has approached investors about the possibility of acquisitions.
