JP Morgan Analysis: 'Fair Price for Bitcoin is $126,000'

Undervalued Compared to Gold

On August 28, JP Morgan analysts released an analysis stating that Bitcoin's current price is 'too low' compared to gold, as reported by The Block and others. The firm's analysis team calculated Bitcoin's fair value at around $126,000 and predicts it will reach this level by the end of the year. Bitcoin's six-month rolling volatility has decreased from about 60% at the beginning of the year to a historic low of 30% currently. According to JP Morgan analysts, this reduction has narrowed the investment risk gap with gold to a historic low of 2.0 times. JP Morgan suggests that the narrowing of this investment risk gap could significantly influence Bitcoin's market capitalization...
