On the 27th, Ikuyo Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard, 7273), a manufacturer of automotive parts, resolved at its board meeting to subscribe to a ¥300 million third-party allotment capital increase in U.S.-based Galactic Holdings. Headquartered in Texas, Galactic Holdings is developing a B2B cross-border payment infrastructure utilizing stablecoins. This investment follows the business partnership announced on June 26, aiming to strengthen the collaborative framework from a capital perspective. Galactic Holdings has been building an international remittance and payment network, primarily in emerging markets including Latin America, and has already obtained licenses in multiple countries.
