Caliber Real Estate Investment Firm Initiates LINK Treasury Strategy

Caliber, a NASDAQ-listed US real estate asset manager, announced on the 28th that its board of directors has formally approved a Digital Asset Treasury Strategy (DAT Strategy). The company, a real estate investment firm with over $2.9 billion in managed assets, has been involved in the development and management of hotels, residential complexes, and industrial real estate for 16 years.

Following the announcement, the company's stock price surged more than double, but significantly fell during after-hours trading.
