The company aims to raise at least $200 million and is considering a future IPO. This plan has received approval from the official corporate entity 'House of Doge,' established by the Dogecoin Foundation in early 2025. Multiple sources, who wished to remain anonymous, confirmed this information, and three individuals have directly received investment proposals. The House of Doge, headquartered in Miami, is responsible for the development and promotion of Dogecoin, similar to other cryptocurrency foundations managing official finances (treasury).
