Coincheck Group N.V. (listed on NASDAQ, ticker: CNCK) announced on the 2nd that it has acquired French digital asset prime broker Aplo SAS. The acquisition involves an exchange of all Aplo shares for new shares of Coincheck Group, with the transaction expected to be completed by October 2025.
