Strategy Corp (formerly known as MicroStrategy) announced on September 2 that it had purchased 4,048 BTC for approximately $450 million (¥66.6 billion) between August 26 and September 1. The average cost per BTC was $110,981.

With this additional purchase, the company's total bitcoin holdings have reached 636,505 BTC, with an overall average acquisition cost of $73,765.

The funds for this additional acquisition were sourced from the market sale proceeds of the company's Class A common stock MSTR, perpetual strike preferred stock STRK, perpetual strife preferred stock STRF, and perpetual stride preferred stock STRD...
