U.S. SEC & CFTC Clarify Regulations to Facilitate Exchange Listings of Cryptocurrencies

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) issued a joint statement on September 2nd regarding spot cryptocurrency commodity transactions.
