Coinbase to Launch Stock and Cryptocurrency Composite Index Futures on September 22

On September 2, leading U.S. cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase announced the launch of a new index futures product, 'Mag7+ Crypto Equity Index Futures,' which will start trading on September 22. This product marks the first derivative in the U.S. to offer combined exposure to both stocks and cryptocurrencies. The new product includes the 'Magnificent 7,' which are the major U.S. tech stocks (Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet, Amazon, Nvidia, Meta, and Tesla), along with Coinbase stock, BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF 'IBIT', and Ethereum ETF 'ETHA'.
