Cryptocurrency Exchange Gemini Announces IPO Details

Details of the IPO Revealed

On September 2, leading global cryptocurrency platform Gemini Space Station (Gemini) announced the details of its initial public offering (IPO). The company has filed an S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), planning to offer 16,666,667 Class A common shares.

The IPO price is expected to be set between $17 and $19 per share, with underwriters being granted an over-allotment option of approximately 2.5 million additional shares for a 30-day period. The company has applied to list on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the ticker symbol 'GEMI'.
