Analyzing the Short-Term Transition Zones in the Market

Cryptocurrency analytics firm Glassnode released its weekly market report on the 4th, indicating that Bitcoin (BTC) is currently trading in a thinly traded zone between $104,000 and $116,000. The inflows into futures and ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds) suggest a cooling of demand, according to the analysis. If Bitcoin recovers to the $114,000 to $116,000 range, a bullish market outlook is likely to strengthen. Conversely, if it falls below $104,000, a drop to between $93,000 and $95,000 is anticipated.
