Acquisition Agreement Completed

On the 5th, Trump Media Technology Group announced the completion of its acquisition agreement with Crypto.com, acquiring 684 million CRO tokens at approximately 15.3 cents per token in a 50-50 cash and stock exchange. CEO and Chairman Devin Nunes expressed confidence in the potential for CRO to become widely adopted as an efficient payment and remittance method.
