Forward Industries Listed in the US Raises 240 Billion Yen to Intensify Solana Financial Strategy

Forward Industries, listed on NASDAQ, announced on the 11th that it has completed a private placement fundraising of approximately $1.65 billion, led by Galaxy Digital, Jump Crypto, and Multicoin Capital. The company's stock price has risen by 135% over the past five days. The funds raised will primarily be used to purchase Solana (SOL) tokens. The funds will also be allocated for establishing cryptocurrency financial operations, working capital, and future transaction costs. The three major investors contributed over $300 million in total. Several global investment firms, including Bitwise Asset Management and SkyBridge Capital, also participated.
