WLFI Secures 99% Approval for Token Burn Proposal

Proposal to Allocate 100% of Protocol Fees to Token Burn

Supported by the Trump family, World Liberty Financial (WLFI) announced on September 12 a proposal to allocate all fees derived from its protocol-owned liquidity to the buyback and burning of WLFI tokens. The proposal has currently secured 99.57% of the governance votes, with approval expected within the remaining week.

If approved, the fees generated from the liquidity positions held by WLFI will be continuously used to buy back WLFI tokens on the market. The purchased tokens will then be sent to a burn address, permanently reducing the circulating supply.
