Ethereum Reaches Record On-Chain Activity as Institutional Demand Grows

Active Participation of Institutional Investors Drives Price Increase

According to the weekly report from the cryptocurrency on-chain analysis platform Cryptoquant, Ethereum rose from $1,400 in April to nearly $5,000 in September. During this period, fund holdings, including U.S. spot ETFs, reached a record high of 6.7 million ETH. Addresses holding between 10,000 and 100,000 ETH also accumulated an additional 6 million ETH during the same period, bringing the total holdings to 20.6 million ETH. Cryptoquant analyzes this synchronous accumulation as an indication of Ethereum's establishment as a strategic asset.
