U.S. SEC Approves Conversion of Multi-Cryptocurrency Investment Trust into an ETF

Approval of ETF Conversion

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has approved the Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund, a multi-cryptocurrency ETF managed by Grayscale. CEO Peter Mintzberg announced on the 18th via platform X that 'the market's first multi-cryptocurrency ETF has been launched.' The GDLC provides investment exposure to five assets: Bitcoin, Ethereum (ETH), XRP, Solana, and Cardano (ADA). According to the official Grayscale website, the net asset value per share is $57.7, with total assets under management exceeding $900 million.
