MetaPlanet Announces New Funding Strategy with Bitcoin Purchase

Adopting Perpetual Preferred Shares

MetaPlanet Co., Ltd. (Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard: 3350) announced its next growth strategy, 'PHASE II', on the 1st.

The company has already set a policy under the '555 Million Plan' to hold 100,000 BTC by the end of 2026 and 210,000 BTC by the end of 2027. The newly announced PHASE II maintains these targets while diversifying funding methods to continue aggressive purchasing strategies without diluting share value.

Currently, the company's Bitcoin holdings have reached 30,823 BTC, achieving the first phase target (30,000 BTC by fiscal 2025) ahead of schedule. So far, the company has raised over 500 billion yen in total...
