The Corporate Value of MetaPlanet

MetaPlanet (Tokyo Stock Exchange Standard: 3350), which adopts a financial strategy for the cryptocurrency Bitcoin (BTC), reported on the 14th that its corporate value indicator, 'mNAV', temporarily fell below 1 for the first time. The mNAV is calculated by dividing the total market capitalization plus total debt by the Bitcoin NAV (Net Asset Value).

When the mNAV falls below the threshold of 1, it means that the market is valuing MetaPlanet and its shares lower than the value of the Bitcoin it holds, indicating a state of discount.
