Expanding into Europe and Supporting Domestic Corporations Simultaneously

Coincheck Group N.V., a Netherlands-based intermediate holding company listed on NASDAQ, announced on the 14th that it has completed the acquisition of French digital asset prime broker, Aplo SAS. A prime broker refers to a 'comprehensive financial services hub' that allows institutional and major investors to access multiple exchanges and services through a single point of contact. With this acquisition, Coincheck aims to strengthen its services for institutional investors abroad and accelerate its business expansion in the global market.
