Major Financial Institutions Participate

On the 28th, Circle commenced the public testnet of its proprietary Layer 1 blockchain 'Arc'. Designed to support large-scale financial and corporate applications on-chain, Arc is positioned as the 'economic operating system of the internet'. Circle stated that Arc represents a significant advancement in building an open and programmable financial infrastructure, marking an important step towards the global economy.
