Remixpoint Acquires Additional Bitcoin, Annihilates Remaining Warrants

Remixpoint Inc. announced on October 31 that it had acquired an additional 29.46 BTC. The acquisition cost was 500 million yen, with an average purchase price of approximately 16.97 million yen per BTC.

This acquisition brings the company's total holdings to about 1,411 BTC, with a total value of approximately 21.4 billion yen. This positions Remixpoint as the third largest corporate holder of Bitcoin in Japan, following Metaplanet and NEXON.

Since the beginning of October, the company has been aggressively purchasing Bitcoin, conducting five acquisitions from October 3 to October 14, totaling about 570 million yen. It appears that some of these purchases were funded using the proceeds from the exercise of the 25th series of warrants.
