Sequans Communications Reduces Debt by Selling 970 BTC Following a Sharp Decline in Stock Price

On the 4th, Sequans Communications, a Nasdaq-listed IoT semiconductor manufacturer, announced it had sold 970 BTC from its holdings, redeeming 50% of its convertible bonds. This move is part of a strategic asset reallocation aimed at reducing the convertible bonds issued on July 7th.
