BitMine Purchases ¥40 Billion Worth of ETH in One Week

BitMine Immersion Technologies, led by Tom Lee, co-founder of Fundstrat, announced on the 3rd that it had purchased an additional 82,353 ETH (equivalent to ¥40 billion at current rates) over the past week.

As of the 2nd, this brings their total holdings to approximately 3.4 million ETH, aiming to acquire 5% of the total Ethereum supply, currently holding over 2.8%. Cash holdings have also increased from about $300 million to about $390 million (approximately ¥59.8 billion) in one week, suggesting there is still room for further purchases.
