Trial Surrounding Former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried Proceeds to Appellate Hearing, Claiming 'Unfair Judgment'

An appellate court hearing was conducted on the 4th at the Second Circuit Court of Appeals concerning the trial of Sam Bankman-Fried, former CEO of the cryptocurrency exchange FTX.

The appellate judges appeared skeptical of Mr. Bankman-Fried's side, which criticized the U.S. District Court for not delivering a 'fair judgment'. The trial's visibility has also increased following President Trump's pardon of Binance co-founder Changpeng Zhao (CZ).
