Strategy Sets Price of STRE Preferred Shares at 80 Euros, Aiming to Raise 110 Billion Yen

Strategy, listed on NASDAQ, announced on the 7th that it has set the price of its 10% Series A perpetual stream preferred shares (STRE) at 80 euros per share. The pricing was determined on the 6th, with a total fundraising target of 620 million euros (110 billion yen). The settlement is scheduled for November 13th. The STRE shares, with a face value of 100 euros, will pay a quarterly dividend at an annual rate of 10%. Dividends are set to begin on December 31, 2025, and will be paid in cash only.
