Mobile Gaming Giant KLab Purchases Bitcoin as Treasury Asset

On the 11th, KLab Corporation, a developer of mobile games, announced that it had purchased Bitcoin (BTC) as part of its management strategy. The purchase amount was 20 million yen, acquiring about 1.2 BTC at a unit price of approximately 16.69 million yen per BTC. The company stated the following reasons for the purchase: 'In recent years, cryptocurrency, especially Bitcoin, has been recognized as a stable diversified investment option in the market, often referred to as "digital gold." At our company, we have decided to hold a portion of our funds, which are not planned for short-term use, in cryptocurrency as one of the means for long-term asset preservation.'
