Concerns Over Cryptocurrency Exchanges Leading Customers to Brokerages Highlighted by FSA Working Group

Deliberations on Cryptocurrency Regulations

On the 25th, the Financial Services Agency published the agenda for the 26th meeting (sixth session) of the Financial System Council's Working Group on Cryptocurrency Asset Systems. The draft report compiled from the discussions of the working group was also released, addressing concerns in the 'Industry Regulation' section about the operation of 'brokerages' by cryptocurrency exchanges.
