Remixpoint to Halt 1.2 Billion Yen Investment in Web3-Related Ventures

On the 1st, Remixpoint Inc. announced at its board meeting held on the same day that it will not proceed with the previously planned investment of 1.2 billion yen in Web3-related ventures.

This decision represents a partial reallocation of the funds raised through the issuance of the 24th series of stock acquisition rights. The company explained that under the current business environment, it is challenging to secure high-quality Web3 investment opportunities that offer both high growth potential and a proper balance between expected returns and risks in a short period, and thus, the funds raised have not been effectively utilized.
