Coinbase Faces Record 12,700 Information Disclosure Requests, Surge in Cooperation Demands from Europe and America

Coinbase, a major US cryptocurrency exchange, published its seventh annual Transparency Report on October 1. Between October 2024 and September 2025, the exchange received 12,716 requests for information disclosure from governments and law enforcement agencies across more than 60 countries, representing a 19% increase from the previous year.
