Maintains Cautious Stance on Cryptocurrencies Even After Tenure

Former SEC Chairman Gary Gensler, in a Bloomberg TV interview on the 3rd, described cryptocurrencies in general as 'highly speculative and volatile assets'. He noted that, apart from Bitcoin (BTC), investors need to question the fundamental value and backing of the thousands of tokens that are not backed by the US dollar.
